In most cases we ship same day on orders before 3pm on weekdays. We do ask in exceptionally busy times to allow 1-3 working days to ship. We do not work weekends.
Please note that shipping estimations provided at checkout do not apply during UK bank holidays. Our team does not process or dispatch orders on these dates. All orders placed during a bank holiday will be shipped upon our return to work on the next business day.
